LCT 3: Shallow Vales

The Shallow Vales LCT contains the rolling, lowland farmland of the Vale
of Leadon, surrounding Ledbury and lower Wye Valley, surrounding Ross-on-Wye.
The boundaries follow the extent of the lower ground associated with the
River Floodplains (LCT 1) and the rise in topography to the surrounding wooded
hills of the Undulating Wooded Farmland and Estates (LCT 5) or adjacent
Plateau Farmland and Estates (LCT 13).
